It’s easy to spot a drainage issue when you have a lake in your front yard but not all drainage issues are so easy to spot. Be on the lookout for:
DUMPING DOWNSPOUTS: Downspouts that are too short can dump water around your foundation. The excess water can put pressure on your foundation walls and cause cracking.
MIGRATING MULCH: Without proper drainage rain can run off in sheets, carving up your landscape and moving soil and mulch where it doesn’t belong.
Fixing drainage problems early on can save you costly repairs down the road!
